Music Camp 2026

Form a band. Play together. Record a song.

24–28 August 2026 - 11 to 16 years old

Have you ever dreamed of playing in a real band?
For one exciting week, you'll join a small group of young musicians to rehearse, record and perform together in a studio environment.
This is not a traditional music course. It's the experience of becoming a band.
Working and jamming together, you'll choose a song, rehearse it and record it.
Whether you play guitar, bass, drums, keyboards, sing or another instrument, you'll learn what it really feels like to create music as a team.
No previous band experience is needed—we'll guide you through every step.

Who is this workshop for?

This camp is designed for young musicians who already play an instrument or sing with reasonable confidence.
You don't need to be an expert, and you certainly don't need previous band or recording experience.
However, participants should already be able to:
  • play several complete songs on their instrument
  • keep a steady rhythm with other musicians
  • recognise different sections of a song (verse, chorus, etc.)
  • be willing to listen, communicate and work as part of a team.
Reading music is not required.
Most importantly, bring enthusiasm and a love of making music.

A unique opportunity

This special workshop is being launched for the first time in London.
At the moment, it's planned as a one-off event. If everyone has an amazing time, we'd love to make it a regular part of Millfields Creative.
Come and be part of the very first band.
